30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all refurbished electronics. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items without original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
